Jim served on the NNYVFA Steering Committee. Calling hours are Friday, April 4, 2025 from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the Frary Funeral Home Madrid with services on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at 11 a.m. also at the funeral home. Burial to be at a later date. R.I.P. Jim!
